Numeracy
Learn the times tables 2, 5 and 10 first and then 3, 4 6, 7, 8, 9. (All year).
Learn how to carry out simple subtraction sums. (All year).
Learn some strategies that enable us to calculate sums when we do not have instant recall of the answer. (All year).
(These strategies could involve using a number line, rounding, doubling and halving, using place value.)
Solve addition sums by adding the tens and then the ones when doubling 32+32= 30+30+2+2 (All year).
Learn how to use simple graphs and manipulate the information they contain. (Term Four).
To be able to read, write and say numbers correctly, including bigger numbers. (All year).
We are learning how to turn our division problems into multiplication problems. (All year).
Use grocery adverts to help us learn to round numbers up so they are easier numbers to solve problems with. (Term One).

Design and create "Wearable Art". Model this masterpiece in a "Fashion Show". (Term One).
Physical Education
Swim freestyle (for some the beginning is to put our faces in the water and blow bubbles and learn to use a flutter board to practice freestyle stroke and breathing). (Term One).
Learn and put into practice 'fair play' when playing competitive sport.
Improve our overall level of general physical fitness. (All year).
Learn how to pass a baton and compete in a running relay race. (Term One).
Learn how to complete a high jump and a long jump. (Term One).
